What is AP Code?

A six-digit alphanumeric code attached to accounts payable master records that indicates how transactions are recorded on general ledger accounts and also their age.

What is your AP ID?

When you first register for a grade in My AP, you will be assigned a unique eight-digit alphanumeric code that will serve as your official AP ID for exam administration. We use this code, called your AP ID, to associate it with your results. The AP ID you receive is permanent.

Where can you find your AP ID?

You can access your AP ID by logging into My AP, going to My AP Profile, and then going to the Registration tab. Your AP ID links all of your exam materials to you. You must identify all of your exam materials with your AP ID.

How do I find my college’s AP code?

You can contact the admissions office of the desired college or university to confirm the four-digit school code. If you still cannot find the school you are looking for, you can send or fax a request to AP Services to have your results sent to a specific contact at an address you provide.

How do I get my AP points?

If you’re asked to verify your AP profile when you log in to access your past results, you’ll need to enter your AP number and test year along with that number. If you don’t have your AP number, call AP Services at 8882255427 or 2126321780.
