Early life
Ryan Brown was born on November 17, 1983 in Mission Hills, Los Angeles, United States. He was born to his parents, Joe and Diane Brown. Ryan grew up in Los Angeles with his brother Steve. As a child, he was interested in baseball. When he entered high school, he focused on baseball.
As for studies, he attended Granada Hills High School, where he played on the baseball team for 4 years. Ryan was also named Most Valuable Player (MVP). In 2010, he spent his sophomore year, where he hit .456.
Ryan played in high school averaging .451 and eventually broke the school record for hitting the most home runs with 25. He graduated from high school in 2002 but was not drafted because he wanted to go to college. Bruan also excelled academically, earning a college scholarship to study at the University of Miami.
