Facts about Jazira Bruno
Jazir Bruno is a child actor who loves to play soccer. Therefore, it is not surprising that he began to excel in the sport in his hometown of Jamaica.
“As a child I always played soccer. I played for the national team for three years when I was in elementary school, ”he recalls.
Jazeer had never seen snow before coming to the United States and joined his high school soccer team in Queens. However, the competition was tougher than he was used to. “I saw people playing soccer at my house, so I tried it out for the team,” recalls Jazir. “But it turns out there are a lot of differences. In Jamaica you can take a break from football, do something else for a few months, and then come back. But in America, if you miss even one exercise, you will be interrupted.
After graduating from high school in 2013, Jazir enrolled as a freshman at Baruch College to study business administration.
Combining study and part-time work, Jahzir managed to play soccer regularly. However, he knew the sport was in trouble when he was not selected for the varsity team. “I realized that if I wanted to play at the highest level more, I had to get a scholarship,” recalls Jazeer.
