Early Life
Nasib was born on April 12, 1993, in West Chester, Pennsylvania, the son of Gilbert Nasib and Mary Nasib. His father was also a football player who played college football at the University of Delaware. He has four siblings, two brothers named John and Ryan and two sisters named Carey and Paige. Ryan played college football at Syracuse University and was an NFL quarterback. He is currently a free agent.
In terms of education, Nassib attended Malvern Preparatory School where he was a football writer for three years. During his high school years, he played as both a forward and defender. During his senior year, he captained the team and helped his team win the InterAc championship.

Naseeb played football at the University of Pennsylvania. As a junior, he appeared in all 13 games and had 7 tackles and 1 sack. In 2015 he was named Big Ten NagurskiWoodson Defender of the Year. He was also a finalist for the Bronko Nagurski Trophy and the Burlsworth Trophy.
In 2016 he was selected in the third round of the NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns. He signed a four-year contract worth approximately $3.2 million with a signing bonus of $890,000. His first game with the Browns was against the Philadelphia Eagles, where he recorded a sack, three tackles and a pass deflection.
On September 2, 2018, he was released from the Browns and subsequently signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On March 27, 2020, Naseeb signed a three-year, $25 million contract with the Los Vegas Raiders.

On June 12, 2021, Naseeb announced that he was gay in a video posted on his Instagram. He is the first active NFL player to publicly come out. He said: “I just wanted to take a moment to say that I am gay. I’ve wanted to do it for a long time, but I finally feel comfortable enough to take it off my chest. I truly have the best life, the best family, the best friends, and the best job anyone could wish for.
Naseeb also announced that he would be donating $100,000 to The Trevor Project, an organization that prevents suicide among LGBTQ youth.
