Can you break down extra cards in MTG Arena?

Since MTG can never do too much by the book, instead of the usual gathering dust mechanic found in other CCGs, we have MTG Arena wildcards instead. In other games, you can disassemble maps and then create new ones using dust or currency earned from disassembling another map.
