Early Life
Growing up in Washington DC, John wanted to be a fighter pilot as a child. After graduating from high school, he wanted to join the army with this dream. He joined the US Air Force as a longshoreman, but later realized the job was not for him.

After finishing his job, John focused on directing and began acting in television commercials. However, it was his grandson who would inspire his new creation. He saw that there were no quality videos on Youtube to watch his sister’s song from two years ago. That’s when John came up with the idea to create a childlike and energetic character who is very curious and explores different things to learn.
The Blippy character was introduced with the release of a blue and orange cap with shirt and suspenders. The character must explore the world with the children and arouse his curiosity about everything new.
