Early life
Baron Corbin was born as Thomas Pestock on September 13, 1984, in Lenex, Kansas, USA. In 2008, he lost his father, who died of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. The baron still remembers his father and wears his father’s wedding ring on a necklace as a tribute. He also has many tattoos on his legs that portray his late father and grandfather.
In 2007, Baron has already won the title of regional boxing champion among amateurs “Golden Gloves” twice. Corbin made his in-ring debut on October 18, 2012 after signing with the WWE NXT Development System in August 2012. He lost his first match to Dante Dash. Corbin returned to the ring with a new look on September 11, 2014 and this time he defeated CJ Parker. He debuted at WrestleMania 32 on April 3, 2016.
