Early life

Company Faison was born on November 11, 1964 in New York, New York, United States. He grew up with a single mother along with his older sister. When he was 6 years old, his house burned down, after which his family moved to Sugar Hill in Harlem, New York.

Faison was not doing well in school, so he dropped out after graduating from the ninth grade. As a young man, he worked odd jobs in the Harlem area. He also worked for a local dry cleaner for two years. The business decided to venture into drug trafficking after attending a screening of the 1983 film Scarface.

In 1984, just a year after discovering cocaine, he managed to become one of the first drug traffickers in New York. At the age of 21, he became a cocaine wholesaler in Harlem. Over the years, he has become one of the largest drug distributors in the United States.

Faison expanded his drug business after meeting his childhood friend Rich Porter. Porter later introduced him to Alpo Martinez and the trio worked together and built a drug business to become the largest cocaine dealer in New York State. In 1987 he was the victim of an attempted murder in a robbery that left three people dead and three seriously injured. He was also shot seven times during an attempted robbery.

Since it took him a long time to recover from the multiple injuries he sustained in the attempted robbery, his drug trafficking network was severely damaged. For this he also had problems with his accomplice Rich Porter and Alpo Martínez. In 1990, Martinez killed Porter and was later arrested and convicted on a variety of charges.
