After three years in a coma, Archer will return with episode 12. This follows the return to reality of protagonist Sterling Archer. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the return of the animated series to see what the future holds for Archer and his co-stars. Archer will return to a modern setting, having played in different time periods since Season 8.
When did Archer season 12 come out?
FX announced that the show will be renewed for a twelfth season in October 2020. Then in June, FX announced that it would be available on August 25, 2021.
Archer will return with an eight-part series. It will air weekly after the double count premieres, which will include the first and second episodes.

FX announced via Twitter that it was “again…wait…danger zone” with a series of TV spots. @archerfxx 12 will debut on FXX on August 25 and on #FXonHulu the following day.

Archer’s original voice returns in season 12. Jessica Walter, who reportedly recorded his voiceover before his death on March 24, 20, and 21, also returns. Walter plays Archer’s mother, Mallory. It is still unknown what fate awaits her character this season.
H. John Benjamin returns as the eponymous spy, while Aisha Tyler plays Lana Kane.
